Brewin Trust Fund\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>

Ambit<\/strong><\/p>

Under section 4(1) of the Brewin Trust Fund Ordinance (Cap. 1077), the Fund is to be applied for the maintenance and benefit of widows, widowers and orphans resident in Hong Kong, and workmen (including females) who, having been employed in Hong Kong, have become wholly or in part incapacitated for work by reason of age, sickness, disablement or otherwise. The Labour Department and the Social Welfare Department are allocated with funds for payment to eligible persons for the aforesaid object under section 4(2) of Cap. 1077.<\/p>
