The Chinese Temples Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee") has recently noticed that there was unauthorized filming at one of the administered temples of the Committee which was later uploaded onto a social media platform without approval or authorization. The Committee hereby declares that except for personal use, all filming of videos and/or photographs at any administered temples of the Committee must be applied for in advance and approved by the Committee. For further details, please refer to the General Rules for “Shooting Application” on the Committee's website.

在中国传统信仰里，文昌帝君是主宰人世间功名利禄的天神。古时读书人在科举试期前，多会到庙奉祀文昌，求取保佑。文昌信仰深入民间，很多学生及父母会带同子女到庙敬拜文昌帝君，祈求学业进步。

沙田車公廟聖蹟廣傳，善信敬奉甚深；主殿內供奉的車大元帥及「福祿宮」內的「五路財神」神像，華人廟宇委員會雖勤加保養，惟環境侵蝕難免。委員會正為眾神像進行重髹及維修工程，以復莊嚴。委員會誠邀善信共襄善舉，慷慨解囊，同沾聖恩，福有攸歸。
