The Chinese Temples Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee") has recently noticed that there was unauthorized filming at one of the administered temples of the Committee which was later uploaded onto a social media platform without approval or authorization. The Committee hereby declares that except for personal use, all filming of videos and/or photographs at any administered temples of the Committee must be applied for in advance and approved by the Committee. For further details, please refer to the General Rules for “Shooting Application” on the Committee's website.

The Committee hereby further declares that aside from videos approved or authorized or officially published by the Committee, any videos and photographs uploaded, published, publicly displayed, or shared to any media are not related to the Committee and do not represent the Committee. Citizens are advised to analyze the content of the videos rationally and if any fraud is suspected, please immediately seek police assistance.

The Committee reserves all rights, including but not limited to taking legal action regarding any unauthorized uploading, publishing, publicly displaying, or sharing of videos and photographs to any media.
