The Chinese Temples Committee (“CTC”) signed a consultancy agreement with Spence Robinson  Limited for the term  architect and associated consultancy services. The consultancy agreement mainly comprises of:-

(1) professional services from the Consultant for the maintenance, repair, improvement and renovation works to the Chinese Temples as administered to Chinese Temples Committee;

(2) feasibility studies, designs and drawings; and

(3) professional services for tendering.

The consultancy agreement commenced on 5 February 2026 with contract period of 3 years.
